Can anyone help me move my couch a few blocks?

I'm looking for someone to help me move a modular couch (it's in four separate pieces) just 3 miles within Los Angeles. There’s an elevator at my starting place, and I'll be available to lend a hand as well. If you're experienced with moving and can assist me for a couple of hours, I'd greatly appreciate it!
