Need some help moving from Utica to Phoenix!

I'm looking for a reliable mover to help me transport my belongings from Utica, NY to Phoenix, AZ. I have 2 pieces of furniture, 2 bed frames (with headboards and footboards), a desk, and about 12 boxes (each approximately 2'x2'). The two locations have easy access parking.
