Can anyone help me move a few things a short distance?

I'm looking for a reliable mover to help me transport a piece of furniture, some boxes, and a few other items from Shelton to Stratford. It's just an 8-mile trip, and I need one person to assist with the move. If you have experience and can help me out, please let me know! Thank you!
